4. Services Provided

5. Client Engagement & Communication

6. Client Responsibilities

10. Term and Termination

12. Limitation of Liability

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
