You may use our Website for informational purposes and to explore our Services. Our Website features an online booking system for direct service engagement and payment. By using the booking system, you confirm you understand the Services offered and agree to these Terms.

4. Services Provided

5. Client Engagement & Communication

6. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate information, cooperate with UK DigiHub, ensure materials do not infringe on third-party rights, and maintain system security.

7. Fees, Payment, and Contracts

• Payment Terms: Upfront, yearly, or upon completion as agreed.

UK DigiHub's IP remains solely ours. Client retains rights to their pre-existing IP. Deliverables ownership/license scope will be detailed in the Service Agreement or SOW upon full payment.

10. Term and Termination

Duration specified in the Agreement. Either party may terminate for cause with written notice. UK DigiHub reserves the right to terminate for non-payment.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the Client to UK DigiHub for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Client agrees to indemnify UK DigiHub against claims arising from breach of terms, infringing content, or misuse of Services.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
